Reporting should answer a question someone actually asked. We start from the decisions being made each week and work backwards to the figures that inform them.

Our approach

Questions are welcome before there is a project. A short call costs nothing and often saves a quarter of wasted effort.

Reporting

Training is included rather than sold separately. If the people doing the work cannot maintain what we built, we have not finished.

What we do

Engagements usually run six to twelve weeks. We work in short cycles and review together at the end of each one, which keeps surprises small and early.
